The course starts at 10 a.m. and finishes at 5.30 p.m. with a short lunch break. The Espresso Academy is in Florence, a few minutes with the tram away from the central railway station of Santa Maria Novella and a few minutes from the exit of the highway, Firenze SCANDICCI.
The Latte Art Technique has very few basic rules, then a lot a lot of practice. During the course we begin by examining the different kind of milk and the basic technique of milk frothing.
Then we work on the main rules: height, flow, wrist…
At that point we start the real practice: the heart, the rosetta, the tulip, and, if the student has a “happy hand” the reverse, and, combining these patterns, the dragon, the bear and more.
We don’t forget the 3Ds cappuccino, the use of the colours and the rainbow cappuccinos.
