The Latte Art techniques of the Coffee school
The ''dry'' technique to make cappuccino with Latte Art.
The Latte Art has its small secrets; the wrist movements is one of those.
To pour the milk we need to make a soft movement paying lots of attention
on how it is done. This can be easily learned by the brain, but not by the
wrist. This is why we have studied a ''dry'' method at the Espresso Academy
which is based upon the idea that we do not have to concentrate on the
figure, but on the movements that have to be done to obtain the figure.
