Espresso Academy, located inside our coffee roasting plant, reflects the flow of experience and daily work: just next to the classrooms, coffee beans from all over the world are unloaded and processed. Thus, you can observe the entire coffee cycle, from roasting to grinding. In those very rooms we test new blends and new products, we evaluate new packaging and we draw new espresso makers and new grinders. Our school sums up all our expertise, structures it and offers it to the participants of the courses, no matter if they are just coffee lovers or experts: they will look at coffee as they have never done before. From the botanics to the geography of coffee. The washing system or the natural system. The roasting. Tasting and creating new blends. The "barman technique" and the "milk art", the cappuccinos, new products and new techniques which make the coffee world evolve.
